Groups and classes provide a excellent chance to meet new friends, to learn new ways, to become enriched by others' life experiences. Everyone in a group is given the opportunity to support and be supported. Life Coach, Cheryl Frei leads groups and classes on various topics that can enrich your own life experience. Some of the diverse topics include Moving Beyond Shame, Spot it You got it, Extreme Forgiveness, Fearless Living, Speak Peace and many many more. Generally I limit my groups to allow everyone plenty of time to allow for each member to feel fully supported and acknowledged.

General Information

All groups and classes are offered in-person as well as via tele-classes.

Tele-classes/tele-groups utilize a central bridge line to connect it's participants, which is commonly a long distance US number. You may wish to check with your local phone company regarding your long distance charges prior to subscribing.

Groups and classes are dependent on its members. It is mighty difficult to have a group with only 1 person in attendance. I do limit the size of my classes and groups to keep them intimate. I do not offer refunds on groups once I close the group. Please keep in mind that your commitment to the group is important!

Groups

Groups are co-created, the group decides and designs the group.

Groups provide a collaborative, supportive environment where learning is enriched by each individual member's experiences and what they bring to share within the group.

Classes

Classes, unlike groups, have a predetermined agenda and are guided throughout by me.

Couples/Partners and Family Groups

Couples/partners and family coaching is a group coaching experience. EVERYONE WINS! Everyone benefits from the group coaching experience.

Group coaching involves both group coaching sessions, and individual coaching within the group and one on one private sessions as needed. We can not expect the dynamics of the"family" unit to change, until we attend to each individual member. It is never assumed by me that each person needs exactly the same amount of time, or structure in the coaching.
